Karen Davis joined the PLM family in 1995, climbing the ladder to Operations Director in 2004 before becoming Managing Director in 2013 bringing a wealth of knowledge to the role.
Focused on working with the management team to maximise company efficiency and develop sustainable relationships with customers and suppliers alike, Karen drives the business by setting clear and achievable goals for all.
Tracey joined PLM in 1985 and has held a number of key roles across the Business. Tracey oversees daily operations offering the team clear counsel, direction on their performance and guidance on business improvement.
Tracey manages finance and forecasting and ensures excellence across all communications to both our internal and external customers.
As an experienced lighting professional Geoff joined PLM 13 years ago. With an innovative nature Geoff is passionate about lighting and delivering the best possible solution to all clients.
Strategically focused on the evolution of energy saving services Geoff has developed key energy and cost saving solutions that have developed the PLM portfolio as a leading lighting provider.
Our Operating Director Jon is driven by efficiency and best practise. Having recently joined us, he is looking forward to making a real difference to the company and ultimately driving the business to increase profits.
Using his experience in quality assurance and project management Jon is tasked with simplifying processes across the board using process mapping techniques and ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments.
As a member of our Sales Team, Graham continuously delivers the proposals and solutions that meet our client’s needs, concerns and objectives.
Building strong relationships with our client network enables Graham to gain a real understanding of what is needed to grow ever evolving partnerships for all.
As a new member of the Sales Team, Mike brings fresh eyes and is keen to explore a variety of sectors that PLM are new to.
As an experienced sales professional, Mike is tasked with identifying and developing new business relationships and opportunities that allow PLM to grow and deliver market-leading solutions to their clients.
Our talented communications assistant Roni manages the information flow across the PLM Teams.
Information is necessary for a growing business and Roni keeps our teams informed of the latest company news, supplier and industry knowledge using all mediums so everyone is constantly connected and working together on the same page.
Starting off his career with PLM 18 years ago, as an engineer for the South East. Respectfully Graham has gained the knowledge and trust of his peers.
He now takes the lead as Operations Manager for London and Greater London alongside managing a team of four skilled Engineers who work around the clock in the UK’s leading designer department store, London.
As Regional Operations Manager Steve has a responsibility to all of our clients and engineers from the tip of Cornwall to the highlands of Scotland.
Focused on consistently achieving first class customer service and supporting our engineers in any challenges they face Steve keeps the teams motivated and productivity high.
Joel joined PLM nearly ten years ago and is now based at Head Office within our Operations Team.
Using his field skills he leads our surveying team to ensure quality and consistency. In addition he manages the resolution of requirements for materials, rescheduling of visits and sourcing of specialist parts. His role makes sure the team are ready to complete their day in the most efficient way on time and within agreed SLAs.
Matt moved to Head Office recently but with almost eight years as an engineer out in the field for PLM he brings his extensive knowledge of the specific materials required for customer satisfaction into his role.
As Logistics Co-ordinator Matt oversees stock management and control, keeping our engineers’ vans stocked. Our customers can be sure they will receive the best product at the right price to meet their requirements.
Joining the team nearly 20 years ago in 1999 Deb has extensive knowledge of the PLM world.
Responsible for keeping everything running smoothly day to day Deb oversees our van fleet, access equipment, payroll and purchase ledger. Known for keeping calm, Deb is quick to resolve any issues that arise.
A leading member of our customer support team Lauren is focused on excellent customer service at every level.
Managing the seamless transfer of information from engineer to customer for smooth delivery of both day to day and additional works Lauren takes project management to another level.
Taking the lead on our Engineer Management Software Paula manages the day to day drive on efficiency and productivity across our team of engineers.
Speaking to clients on a daily basis, account information is safe in Paula’s hands as she closely monitors all administration post project including essential power faults and warranty details to resolution.
Ben is responsible for scheduling our engineer’s diaries. Ben ensures that all jobs are completed as agreed and with minimal disruption to our Clients business day. Covering all permits and location logistics Ben keeps the teams moving and able to work.
