We identified the energy saving opportunities available to First Utility and a commercial LED refit trial demonstrated this. The trial also confirmed an improved lighting ambience, performance and price to ensure the project also delivered within budget.

THE BRIEF

The project was to replace 1,228 fittings across three floors, improve working conditions and make significant energy savings.

 

THE RESULTS

  • Our skilled team managed supplier negotiations to achieve the best cost for materials and warranty
  • Installed a total of 1,145 LED fittings
  • Removed redundant lighting from 32 meeting rooms adding remote control dimming system and sensors
  • Replaced external car park lighting – reducing electrical load by 50%
  • Delivered over four weeks at night avoiding disruption to employees and the business.
